Disappointed Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly didn't get a better vehicle to show their stuff. Couple of great talents wasted on this one; maybe Kelly was a bit long in the tooth here but Newton-John still looked great!

Good treatment of an old romantic/adventure story. I remember seeing Blue Lagoon decades ago when I was a kid. Blue Lagoon had three people shipwrecked, two adolescents and an old man.
