I'm a fan of his radio show, which is good because of his blatant honesty with the viewers. Because of that honesty, I know that Michael is knowledgeable about baseball, football, and basketball. He knows a little bit about hockey, but he has very little interest in other sports, and he knows almost nothing about acting or the music industry. Watching him interview celebrities like Lorne Michaels & Snoop Dog, were uninteresting and bordering on ridiculous. You can tell when his laugh is fake, which makes him seem so phony, which always bothers me, since that's not who he is on his radio show. The best thing about the book is the back stories of some of the interviews, and the worst is the quotes from all of his friends in the industry, about how great the book is, as if they would ever be critical of their friend. Michael admits on his show that he can be a bit shameless when it comes to making money, and that's the point of this book. I'm fine with that, but people should know that if they've seen the interviews on the actual Centerstage show, this book is an unnecessary read.
