Five stars are insufficient. Although we watched this several years ago, the characters and their transformations have stayed delightfully in memory. The film and audiobook are equally enjoyable and worthy of repetition every few years. As one ages and marriage loses its initial magic, the message of the film becomes more poignant. Marriage easily becomes like a rose carelessly pruned and nourished.
