As someone whose most memorable movie experience was watching in awe the first Star Wars movie when it first came out in 1977, I thought this was the perfect ending to the Skywalker saga. There were unexpected surprises as well as the appearance of many familiar faces. JJ did a masterful job of seamlessly insuring General Organa played an important role in the movie despite Carrie Fisher’s untimely death. And I thought the final scene, which brought me to tears, was brilliant, taking us back to where it all began 42 years ago.
