Its just... not good?
Like its not bad. It tickles even interesting sometimes. None of the characters are particularly interesting. If all your characters are doom and gloomy and you repeat the same sequence of events repeatedly, you lose interest after a while.

This movie is all over the place tonally and pacing.
The CGI is great though. It’s unfortunate that is was wasted on this clusterf*ck of a script.
