There was a lot of money spent on this series and it was anticipated for years. I strongly believe that the person/people who decided to write the script did a poor job at adapting these books to a television series. I really tried to like it but every few minutes something new would annoy me. The best part was a flashback to the original "Dragon" character. But he was instead called "the Dragon Reborn" back when he hadn't been reborn. Eyerolls abound. With the expsnse of this season plus the insane amount of fans who all want to watch this and love it, it fell short. Instead of being amazed and wowed by Amazon, I finished it thinking I could have done a better job with the same amount of money.
