I am not a huge football fan but usually enjoy watching the Front Bar. Last night I was shocked to watch and listen to Sam Pang in particular mock their female guest. She deserved so much better. What she had achieved and was still doing was remarkable. She was a positive role model to so many female players. At first I thought well done Front Bar you do not have a lot of female guests on and what a great choice. I was interested to hear what she was doing. Any person no matter what age should not have to deal with age related derogative comments especially when they have been invited onto a TV program.Sam Pang's comments shocked me to the extent that I actually gasped. I had hoped that we had moved on from previous attempts at humour where females are publicly humiliated . Well done to your guest who had every right to just walk out. She was gracious and I hope she continues to enjoy playing football.
