“There will be no leftovers.” That’s a keeper right there! Thanksgiving is a holiday slasher film delivering very gruesome kills with wicked intentions. I was highly looking forward to this movie, and though it was an enjoyable movie, I feel like there could have been more to it than what I got. The movie felt a bit rushed in some parts and I feel like there could have been more to it than what I got. It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it “a horror classic”. Besides that, this is a unique entertaining slasher film. The deaths were gory and creative, tho pretty fake tbh. The acting wasn’t bad (idk why people say the acting was bad, cuz it really wasn’t that bad imo). The pacing is alright, tho I feel like there could have been more to it like I said, which is really my biggest issue. It’s cheesy, it’s camp, and it’s entertaining and gory, and I recommend a watch. Best advice for those who haven’t seen the movie, don’t put too much expectations on this movie. I kinda did that, mainly cuz I haven’t had the chance to see this movie for a while and have been really wanting to see it. Its your typical slasher film and its not a “masterpiece” that changes the genre. It’s a typical, but unique slasher film with gruesome kills, but it does a good job with that. It’s still a good enjoyable movie nonetheless. It’s just unique in its own way. I also appreciate the message about greed in us. Thanksgiving is the time to be thankful, not being greedy in wanting more and more things. To be honest though, I do feel like they still could have expanded on that message about greed, as well as thankfulness since that’s what the holiday is about. But hey, there’s always the sequel coming in 2025 to do just that, and this movie still does a great job with the message about greed. Edit: Watched it a second time to give it another chance since my expectations were a bit too high on my first viewing of the movie. It’s a good movie and I recommend a watch for those who enjoy these kind of movies. It’s nothing too special or a masterpiece that will change the whole genre, it’s your typical, but unique slasher film and it does a good job using the typical slasher film formula, and it’s pretty enjoyable! It’s a good time for those who enjoy stuff like this, especially such gruesome kills. I still stick with 4 stars cuz it’s not perfect in some parts. I feel like it could have been a bit better in some parts (as means of expanding on certain scenes and the message of the movie about greed), and some parts did feel a bit choppy too (and these mistakes honestly could have been easy to avoid too), but other than that, WATCH IT FOR THANKSGIVING HORROR FANS! 105 MINUTES WORTH YOUR TIME!

This was a cool movie! The deaths were so cool, totally realistic, unlike the deaths from Final Destination 4, and the story had a huge change than the other ones did. In other words, they made some changes the story that made the movie better than the other ones. Additionally, the language wasn't constant but pretty extreme, but not like the language in the other movies, and the graphics are amazing!! Nobody acted dumb or stupid, acting didn't sound annoying, and the effects were amazing!! This movie was great and amazing and really improved from Final Destination 4. I also liked the fact that this movie's ending was the cause of everyone dying at the end of the FD movies, and that this movie is before Final Destination 1 and all the other movies. Great job New Line Cinema! However, I still think the first one is better. No FD movie can beat the first one, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. But great job New Line Cinema! Final Score 9.4/10

Never was much of a fan of the Scream movies, and I’ve only seen the first one (didn’t like it as much tho I’ve seen it years ago), but still decided to watch this one. I have to say, this is one of the most creative horror movies I’ve seen in a while! It is really enjoyable and even a bit funny at times. I enjoyed some of the humor that was executed in the movie. Idk why the (Google) reviews are so low for a movie that deserves much higher reviews than 3.4 stars. I thought this film was very creative and unique in its own way, and I definitely recommend a watch.

I’m no movie expert, but this movie is a new Christmas classic for me! It is really enjoyable and engaging, with lots of creative kills and fights that fit with the holiday theme this film is based on (obviously Christmas). The humor in this film is also pretty well done in my opinion, tho others may find it a bit vulgar or in some way offensive (you honestly may have to just see it for yourself because I don’t wanna spoil anything). The humor at times fit in with the holiday theme too. Most of the characters I appreciated, and the acting was pretty well done. For an action packed Christmas film with such creativity, for me I can say this movie is a new Christmas classic. I definitely recommend a watch!

What is with the low reviews? This movie…just like the first one… deserves much higher reviews than it does now. The execution and engagement of this movie is pretty much no different than the first one. It was so thrilling, entertaining, and just a masterpiece. This movie is a big huge masterpiece!! Every room scene is executed so well and keeps you holding on til the very end. It is really enjoyable and definitely worth a watch. Literally ignore all of these negative reviews, because they are just so inaccurate. Maybe what made this film get so many low reviews is because it was labeled as a horror movie, because just like the first one, this wasn’t scary at all. It was more of a suspenseful/thrilling film.

Now this… THIS is how you make a movie! It’s honestly sad that this film got so many low reviews. Silent Night (2023) is truly a unique John Wick Christmas styled film that is really enjoyable! I mean, I wouldn’t call this a masterpiece, but more of a unique sort of film…saying that in a very positive way. With the film having almost no dialogue, it gives the film the opportunity for the soundtrack to be heard more instead of just talking, which I will say the soundtrack is exceptionally great! The acting is very well done, and the storyline is pretty easy to follow through and decently well written. It’s also impressive how easy it was to follow along with the story even with no dialogue. However, I will say, for a movie like this, I feel like it kinda dragged on for a bit too long, mainly in the second half of the film. Regardless, this film was a good one for me! I would honestly ignore the low reviews on this film, because this was anything but boring, and is very entertaining in a unique way!

It is truly one of the coolest movies I’ve seen all year so far, and I could definitely watch it again! It is really enjoyable and thrilling, with some twisted moments along the way. Ignore the low reviews! This is a movie worth seeing! It may not be the film you’re expecting when you watched the trailer, but it’s something MUCH better!

Let’s ride the storm! Twisters is a standalone sequel to the original 1996 Twister movie that successfully brings back the excitement from the original film, with so much originality in every way. Just finished watching this in the cinemas and I have to say I’m very impressed with this! Unlike most remakes or sequels, the creators of this film truly took some smart routes to keep this film original and entertaining as a sequel or remake. The characters are really well thought of and developed in my opinion. The special effects are obviously so much better too, unlike it’s even necessary to mention since it’s 2024. I totally recommend a watch, especially at the cinemas while it still plays in the cinemas. If you’re especially a fan of weather disaster films, you’ll definitely really like this film! I will say, I would give it 4 1/2 stars but Google doesn’t give me that option. Although, I think 5 stars is also deserved too!

I honestly didn’t expect this to be so good. 1917 is a beautifully made war movie that drags you on an emotional and engaging journey from start to finish. The acting was really good in my opinion. I really enjoyed the one-shot cinematography too! The director nailed it with that part! There are some really cool action scenes that happen throughout the movie too. I especially enjoy the soundtrack too. It really brings out the emotion and helps you empathize with the main character. With all that, I can safely say this movie was beautifully made, and I totally recommend watching it! It’s well worth it!
