This show had a chance to actually let people know the struggles of Afghans in America. But trying to be PC they brought in an actor whose English and American accent is better than most Americans. They could have followed in the footsteps of shows such as Bob hearts Abishola where Nigerians portray themselves. A South African Indian portraying an Afghan does not cut it. Plus talking to his family in Afghanistan in English and using high flown English words is so unrealistic. Check out the old British comedy “Mind your language “. Very realistic and true. The woke culture has ruined TV. This show may not last one season.
