Corny and plot twists you can’t follow. Unsatisfyingly complex .Unsuspenseful and ,(here I go again) totally unscary when it wants to be.

Plot twists and situation not believable at all.the rich poor disparity was over done and the gruesome garden scene robbed the movie of its grounded ness in reality. If the movie was trying to say something it was that if you hire help get several references.

Overdone. Flamboyance without explanation. Nice dance routines, with enough gay sex to satisfy any straight guy’s latent persuasion.as for the music, it’s unsatisfyingly rendered: incomplete numbers and somewhat transformed the hits are poorly represented. The acting is satisfactory and the story line predictable.

Not enough violence

The acting was mediocre. The story was predictable. The characters were In involving; you really didn’t care what happened to them. As for the sub theme about China’s transformation , not evident.The cinematography was poor with bland colors and dreary landscapes. The story line was odd and the lead, Qiao, did not evoke sympathy. And, while I’m at it, the movie was way too long. Indeed, there was nothing I could recommend in this movie. However I do wish the brief, odd scene with the ufo would have been expanded, like aliens landing and opening coffee shops, anything.
