Really good atmospherics, voice acting, and animation but unfortunately severely dumbs down the plot and completely rewrites major story points, including the ending, for unknown reasons. It’s a very safe, watered down version of a great comic story where Batman actually has to be a detective for once. It’s almost like they didn’t the trust the audience to understand the original source material. Plus there’s some retconning of Batman’s early history with Catwoman/Selina Kyle, again, for no discernible reason.
