Through cross-referencing with knowledge based on many books on the subject of feudal Japanese history, I will say the info seems to be a generally accurate overview. I couldn't bare to watch the cinematic portions which are painfully filled with oversights and/or deliberate omissions of factual representations. Therefore I prefer to listen as if it were an audio book.
