Badhai do is by far the best Bollywood film on LGBTQ+ community. I really admired the way director, writers and actors stayed miles away from stereotypical and typcasted portrayal of this community that has long been ignored and ridiculed by our society as well as religion. The way they portrayed their love story was so beautiful, pure and extremely normalised! With the backdrop of a lower middle class tier 2 society, the film just blows you away with its audacity and the sheer lack of pretense. A must watch for everyone in the family. No doubt that it will make most of our moms and dads uncomfortable but it is important that they should see a normal and humane side of this community.

I wish there was a zero star rating for this film. The film was so poor in every aspect of film making that it has set a new benchmark.
