I think this is an excellent book dealing with people in leadership capacities, or dealing with people who are executives, to see that the emotions dealt with - anger, anxiety, stress, frustration, fear, and resentment can be translated into useful ways of looking at these emotions as guideways to more personal power with much less troubled reactions and outcomes of dealing with these emotions in less helpful and intentional way that this book teaches people to use them in constructive ways. I think this is a book anyone can use to help themselves as well as others, as everyone has these emotions to deal with, which are often dealt with badly and often more destructively than helpfully. So I recommend this book for people to get and learn from and manage better in their interactive lives.
