Loved this movie!! It definitely changed my perspective. When I came to the United States and started working, I was told by my trainers to get protein and the only way I can get it would be eating meat. This documentary is moving in not just that why plan based foods are better for us human beings, but also how reducing the consumption of meat can save the world as a whole. Eye opener for sure! I will now be making conscious effort to reduce meat and choose vegetarian/vegan options.
