Horrible. predictable. Anne Hathaway does not pull off this role at all. not even a little bit. I think nick was a stand out as far as the acting goes other than that there is not much to recommend this formulaic, poorly written adaptation.

I don't see how one can "review" someone's life story but here goes. All the negative reviews come from the hate mongers and brit press minions, so you can ignore those. The proof is there. It's in writing, it's in video evidence, it's in the legal victories. Stop trying to make something true that isn't and ignore what actually happened. What they did to her, to them is unquestionable. Maybe you don't like the way they handled it but if you didn't feel genuine anger and helplessness in their situation then you didn't TRY to understand. You didn't WANT to understand. Just go away and don't watch then. They are not here for you. if you think someone would give up titles and millions of dollars for "no" reason then you are an idiot and what you "believe" does not matter. What happened to them and Princess Diana was/is horrific and I'm glad they didn't stand for it and left. Good on ya H&M - be blessed and well.

It's only two episodes in but i will say it is getting exponentially better. It felt a bit fantastical and over-reaching on the first episode - like LOTR on sugar high. But thanks to an Excellent Galadriel and Elrond and later the Dwarf royalty it has gotten more compelling. I'm not quite sure how to feel about the pre-hobbit people yet and the possibly wizard giant dude etc but as I said the Galadriel and Elrond characters are driving the story forward well and I look forward to seeing where we go though I will admit it's a bit tough to have had both this and House of the Dragon come out at the same time and keep them separate in my mind. I love how we ended up in Khazad Dum with Lord Durin (IYKYK) right away. That ties so many things back for me. :) Right now - Rings of Power seems better done than HOD.

I mean it’s only episode two and they are competing with the Lord of the rings spinoff on Amazon which has started out very solid. But HOD is definitely getting better I really give it about 3 1/2 stars. Once you get past the ugly Targaryen‘s and start to realize they’re very good actors and of course Matt Smith is always great and so is yummy Graham Mctavish though I wish he had a bigger role. it’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting it to be Game of Thrones but I hope they start tying things in a little bit and I’m trying to give it its own merit so that it has a chance. Please stop making dragons Cower. It makes no sense and lessens their value. That's all I have to say until we get further along.

So surprising. I was not a big fan of Lizzo's choices prior to watching this show. I wasn't a hater just didn't understand why she would be half naked all the time for no reason. I did like her music and admired her talent as a musician overall. It didn't bother me because she was plus-sized or black or otherwise I'm just a conservative person. However, after watching this show I now UNDERSTAND why she makes the choices she does and wholly respect and admire her for it. This show holds so many little triumphs for ALL women, hell for all people. Self-love, acceptance, tolerance, positivity, etc. Lizzo is a beacon of light really for the down-trodden and under represented. She's quite mindful of her choices and actions and what it means in the greater scheme of things. She's like Dolly Parton saying she knows who she is and what she "looks" like and that's her weapon and really it is. This show is delightful with lots of good music and great dancing on top of that. Great job ladies and I am now a HUGE fan.

Meh. It was OK. I’m not a huge fan of Camilla as far as her voice and tone. She sounds like a high school musical teenager which can be annoying. I found several songs were written outside of her range/key but she sang them anyway which didn’t sound fantastic. There were SEVERAL instances where music/singers were off-key which is kind of amazing since this should have been fixed post-production. Nicholas who plays the prince is a bit of a poor man’s Douglas Booth I’m afraid. He wasn’t horrible but not super engaging. Overall I appreciated some of the creative liberties they took with the storyline it certainly had a much more modern finish. And I always like seeing Pierce Brosnan and Minnie driver in anything. Overall I would rather watch the 2015 version with Lily James or Ever After with Drew Barrymore. Not good.

Really resisted this movie for some time as I don't gravitate towards big "message" movies as they don't usually ring true and Hollywood takes too many liberties to make them believable HOWEVER, this is NOT the case with this movie. It was excellently done. Well directed, written and edited and the cast was SUPERB. You will cry many times - most of them for good reasons. The story is fascinating and brings so much insight into the space program BEYOND just these incredible women. A must watch for anyone. You'll be glad you did. Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, Kevin Costner, Kirsten Dunst, Janelle Monáe....too many great performances to name. Wonderful job.

like what? it wasn't that the film wasn't well done or that the actors weren't good in fact I love the two leads Devon and Anya but like what??? I thought this was supposed to be about Barack's STORY like story story from soup to nuts not like 4 months of college with one girl and some racial discoveries. Don't get me wrong I'm mixed as well and I get the whole fitting in thing what I'm saying is I was looking forward to see him go to Columbia and Harvard and meet Michele and navigate the political landscape and then become president lol. Guess that woulda been a very long movie but this one left me wanting more of the story overall. Well acted though just seemed like it drew out one VERY small subset of his life and left me wanting more.

I mean...it's exactly what you think it's going to be but has loads of fun surprised. If you go into this expecting some sort of cinematic masterpiece of story telling then you are dumb and should just leave lol. The amount of original actors that Eddie Murphy was able to get to return back to this sequel this many years later is PHENOMENAL and a HUGE bonus to the movie. The little surprises (don't read if you don't want spoilers) En Vogue, Salt n Pepa, Gladys Knight, Morgan Freeman!!!! It goes on and on and you gotta watch ALLLLL the credits not only for the bloopers but do NOT miss JOHN LEGEND singing/slaying Queen to Be! It was just as fun and campy as you expect and the costume design was exquisite. I can't believe how good Eddie Murphy and Wesley Snipes look btw! It's crazy. What fun. I loved the little "black panther" inspired female warriors in the daughters. Loved the modernization of the women - just a bonus. And this Teyana Taylor LORD HAVE MERCY is she a stunner. And lastly, I wasn't a huge fan of Shari Headley in the first movie (Lisa) but she really grew on me in this movie (30 years later lol). Also Tracy Morgan and Leslie Jones hahahahahahahaha. Good comedic additions. Anyways, a good old time and I highly recommend taking off your movie critic hat and just have fun watching! :)

So the good is this show is fun and campy and light and a little naughty. The bad news is it's totally surface-y and has no real depth to it. You just gotta watch it for fun and the Paris thing. Lily is cute in it but nothing spectacular as it's not a very demanding role for her and her side kicks in the office are fun but it's nothing amazing. The lead guy Gabriel is hot if that helps and Camille Razat is stunning but it's not enough to make it a good show. I didn't hate it though
