I usually enjoy detailed character development, especially in vampire and other horror stories. There is potential, but I find this show too slow moving. The obvious telepathic influence of the vampires on the captors is repeatedly ignored, which is tedious and not believable. I am still watching, but I am getting bored. I bought the book hoping that it will be a better experience.
