Morning Joe is still lying about the facts of the Kyle Rittenhouse case. On 22 Nov. 2021, Joe is still saying Rittenhouse was “illegally carrying a gun”, and that he “crossed state lines ‘with that gun’.” Both of which are provably false. The trial judge dismissed the charge that HE WAS ILLEGALLY CARRYING A FIREARM. And the gun was at his friends (the friend that bought the gun in WI.) house in Kenosha. That’s why the judge dismissed those charges at jury instruction. No one—even the Defense—thought to measure the barrel of the gun until the time for jury instructions. I assume the Defense never did because, one, he was concentrating on the murder charges. And two, he necessarily assumed the prosecutor would not bring false charges against a defendant. But, there you have it; he did. And got caught. If any violence breaks out because of the verdict, MSNBC and CNN will be culpable, because they are continuing sow disinformation and outright lies about the facts of the case.
