Ghazanfar Ali

This is an excellent book. Provides a deep insight into the working and the structure of the early communist party. The book talks excellently about Mao's disastrous policies, his relationship with the communist party, the cultural revolution and the power struggle after Mao's death. There are, however, areas where we don't get much insight especially with regards to Dang. On the whole a worthy read. Highly Recommended.
