The movie is based on a true war that happened between 21 soldiers of the 36th Sikh Regiment of the Indo British army versus Afghan soldiers approximately 10,000. The event dates back to 12th of September 1897. The way, the war is depicted, it seems very realistic and everyone was so engrossed in the movie that it felt like we are fighting war. The story also has a silent love story between Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra, wherein Parineeti is Akshay’s imagination. However, the main focus was on how the war was fought wherein 21 brave hearts slaughtered almost 600+ Afghans in the gun battle n sword fight. Worth watching!!!!
