I watched this film purely because it was filmed on the Fijian island of Taveuni where I was born and I wanted to see pictures of home. As far as the storyline goes I, never watched the series so I came to it completely without any expectations. I have a small child so we I don't go out much, and as such, I tend to watch a lot of films. Some make me feel like I've had a great night in, some make me smile, some make me chuckle a bit, some make me sad, some make me question humanity, and some we only get a few minutes into because they don't grab us or suit the mood. I watched the whole of this one on my own because my wife was busy. It is without doubt the biggest pile of shyte I've ever spent 90 mins of my life watching and I will never get that time back. My only comfort is that I was drinking some very nice beer from the local brewery at the time, otherwise the night would have been a write-off. Be kind to yourself, don't watch this
