Ken Kai

To me, season 1 was a masterpiece. The character development for the protagonist was great and it doesn't neglect the side characters as well. They treat the side characters with equal love, and somehow you'll get attached to them. The anime is about a society basically governs by a system, which served to predict a person's action by measuring their psycho-pass (related to mental) and able to punish a person even he/she haven't conducted any crime. The development of the movie is mind-blowing and it's extremely entertaining to watch every episode. If you wanna try out anime, and love criminal-investigataion genre as well as collision of one's ideology with another, this is the one for you.
