Thank you for such a wonderful book. Many people in India should realise that anywhere in the world, the culture is global where some things have originated locally while many others via trade, colonisation and so on since historical times, have come from worldwide. And that's not just with Food but Architectural Styles, Clothing, Engineering and Technologies and so on. But sadly, some people in India haven't realised that and are so engrossed that they have given poor rating for the book. Not Everything is from India, just like Not Everything is from a Particular Country Abroad Too as that has been Humanity since Historical Times. Face That or Bad Luck as that's Reality Anywhere Locally whether India or Any Other Nation as Globality happened since Historical Times (Thinking though would be different as Most Local Indians would have More of Indian Cultured Thinking with Bits and Pieces of Global Cultured Thinking while Most Foreigners with Indian backgrounds, other Foreigners and NRIs will have Lot More of Global Cultured Thinking including Indian Cultured Thinking)
