Shame on the writers. I’ve been looking forward to watching this for weeks, but why they felt the need to start the show by mocking elderly people with ALS is a mystery. Not only does this step way out of bounds, obviously, no one affiliated with this production has any inkling of the horror that is ALS because some of the comments were not only insensitive but incorrect. While I enjoy all of these actors, this is UNFORGIVABLE. Combine that with the cast seemingly trying too hard and random F bombs that don’t add anything to the deliveries, and I’m not sure that I’ll be viewing many more episodes…
