I just retired and watch this almost every day. In today's program you talked about phrases the Millennials wish the Boomers wouldn't use. I agree with some of it, but when you talked about counseling, I disagree.
My dad died when I was 15 of suicide. That was in 1962. In "those days" counseling was not common. It was a sign of weakness. Today that perspective has shifted and rightly so. But I think when you haven't experienced a situation or a timeline, you should be careful about criticizing the experience. Most people my age have had some type of counseling and are better for it. In the 60s that wasn't the "thing."
