Honestly I am so happy I watched this series. It is the best series netflix has come up with in YEARS! Not only is the characterization of the characters on point but everything they deal with isnt overdone. For example Sara was done so nicely, they didnt make her ADHD and Aspergers her hole personality, it helped us understand her behaviour more, but it didnt patronice her. Another thing I want to stand out is how well they dealt with labels. Willhem never said he was gay, bi or pan, which makes him falling in love with Simon seem more real. It shows that you can fall in love in an instant with anyone. Aditionally, Simon didnt make being gay his hole personallity, which sadly a lot of shows and movies does. Their relationship was so raw and real I am amazed by the actors chemestry. And the fact that a lot of scenes between Simon and Willhem where improvise is stricking. And also they didnt fetishise they relashionship. And Wilhems anxiety portrayal is amazing. Amazing show, I hope we get a season 2 beacuse if not Netflix will have to pay for my terapy bills
