All-around excellent game. There’s always something to do. And if I had to use 1 word to describe this game, it would be fun. Even though you die a lot, it does not take away from the enjoyment of the experience. The story, dialogue, graphics, weapons, and level design are simply superb. It’s not hyperbole to say that games this good do not come around too often. If you enjoy playing rogue-like games, I guarantee you will have fun. You definitely will get your money’s worth.

I’ve been playing Diablo games since the late 90s. Believe me when I tell you that the Switch version is awesome. It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t have hours and hours of free time and wants a somewhat relaxed gaming experience. It’s great to pickup, play a few minutes, or hours, or however long you want. The gameplay is crisp, fluid, and tight. There’s a myriad of builds, items, and quests to keep you interested. If you have a Switch, and are into ARPGs, I highly recommend this game.

I’ve never played any of the “Souls” games. But honestly, I absolutely love this game. The fighting system sparkles, environments are immersive and perfectly rendered. In my opinion, it’s amazing. I’m currently on my 3rd playthrough and I’m still enjoying every minute of it. At first, I had some doubts about the difficulty but believe me when I tell you, once you get the hang of it, it’s incredible. Also, there’s a great deal of diversity with the mini-bosses, bosses, and endings. If I had to make a complaint, it would be the camera. Because this game demands near perfection, the camera should’ve been designed a bit better, especially when you’re fighting main bosses. However, I really don’t think it detracts from the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this game to anyone looking for a challenging, awesome thrill ride. 10/10!!
