Great show!! But Jay is the least talented of everyone there! So why is he the shop foremen? He is cocky and look over everyone else's shoulders like he is the best! And he should just net a sweater, and maker candle stick! He has the talents of a grade school teacher! Keep the show have him sweeping the floors! He should only be a foremen when he is better than everyone else! And only needs help to keep the business going! But when the metal guy can nit a scarf and Jay can't do metal ! That says it all!! He is a secretary!!!!!!
