I love this game, and it breaks my heart to rate it so poorly, but the customer service has single handedly made me want to cut ties with this company.
I started playing Paladins since the Seven Seas update, and I played on xbox, so my in-game name and username were different (I'm pretty sure, but not certain). I tried to recover my account (I still could play on xbox, but was unable to use the hi-rez one), but when I tried to recover it, I was asked some questions I was not comfortable with sharing over email (like my IP address), as well as questions that did not make sense (like number of masteries, which could mean several different things). They refused to elaborate on ANY of my questions, and just ignored them.
I emailed them probably 5 or 6 times, and every response had the copy and pasted list of questions along with a phrase like "There were not enough coincidences". Which was frustrating, because they'd say that after a week of waiting and the questions were things like player level, so of course it would not be accurate after a week!
I kept trying to work with them in each email besides the last, and they didn't even respond to anything I did. Frankly, I give up. The company clearly didn't want my business, so begrudgingly I will be quitting.
