Ok, here. I am just a random fan with random opinion. But to be fair, this movie is outstandingly good and much better than any of its sequels. It's my favourite horror/slasher movie ever. What's so good about it? Well, the 1978 film's the boogeyman was a everlasting classic. Only what we knew was that there was a kid named Michael myers who killed his sister when 6, and escaped from his hospital 15 years later wto kill laurie's friends. Even she didn't know that. But halloween 2 just added a lot of backstory. But, the 2018 film kept Michael as he was, even 40 years later. Laurie and Michael's confrontation was awesome. That new old one eyed look is so cool. David Gordon Green did a great job. Well done, halloween 2018. Really enjoyed it. 5/5 stars.
