phenomenal show. *definitely* watch, you will be pulled in immediately and plus its only going to be 10 episodes long so the story doesn't have any time wasted, or any filler episodes with no purpose. it's fast paced, and you have to pay attention to the screen. its not a show you can be on your phone during. I am writing the review as of episode 8. the acting is done really well, but to understand the characters you have to remember that 1) they are kids, and 2) to put yourself in each character's shoes. all of the characters are nuanced and have good and bad aspects to them, so a lot of people will have trouble knowing who to "root for" but I personally believe the best in all of them. they play out as real people, not some made up tv universe.
