The story, the history, and lore, the magical abilities, the costumes, the sets, the character development, the acting, and the entire cast. It was awesome! I loved it and watched the entire first season in a couple of days. I've never read the books and would love to after watching this show. Everything I've wanted in a fantasy movie. It reminds me of my D&D group and provides a lot of really cool ideas to adapt to our tabletop role-playing games.
