I have been watching anime for a long time now and i have never shed a tear while watching anime before. That all changed after I watched Clannad & Clannad ~After Story~. While watching this anime you will connect with all of the characters on a emotional level and you will feel a very strong connection with everyone. The way the characters were written was so well done its like you could compare any of the characters to someone you know in real life. Then the story is so well written that you feel like your there. There is so much detail to every scene that anyone can truly appreciate. While watching, there so many points in the show that just made me ball my eyes out. The emotional points in the show was so well placed and written to perfection. there's also comedy and romance to balance it all out. This is easily my favorite anime. I would recommend it to anyone. It's definitely worth a watch. If you like or love anime this NEED'S to be at the top of your list of NEED TO WATCH!!!
