This was horrible. I cannot believe that they had a way to completely butcher one of the best books of all time. Fran’s character was way too vulgar, not like the book at all. Mother Abigail was way too harsh and rude. Stu... don’t even get me started. They barely gave Nick a story line, didn’t even show the best part of him guiding Tom home with Stu. The judge was barely showed. There’s just no way that Stephen King would approve of this nonsense. It felt like watching a whole entire different series from the book. And where is Lucy’s role in this? The time jumps ruined the entire series from the beginning so disappointed but not surpised.
