Purchased the audiobook, but would like access to the test because the questions come off in the audio. The instructions on how to scale are vague. I believe you are supposed to rate each remark 0-4, but rather 4 strongly agrees or not is vague. The 0-4 scale comes in on the second or third archetype. Access should be provided so one could download and print the test with an audiobook purchase. I believe a paperback has one.
