Brilliant Satire, good acting for the most part. A homey, nostalgic feeling aided by the soundtrack and stylistic vision of the cinematography. Feels as if trapped in a boxed in new mystical world, which parallels with the feeling of protagonist Megan's experience of existing in a different world of those from her family and peers, the new world, in which she is introduced to in New Directions, is more homey and comfortable than the reality of the real world in which her homosexuality is not accepted.
