It is a cheap production compared to others and if you know the subject nothing new there but still a solid viewing with some truths exposed (a lot is not ) but enjoy it and in context one of the best things out there. .nothing on how Pearl harbour was known and expected nothing on what he did with the polish how he betrayed them after the monte Cassino heroics . He did the same in Greece where he stole the gold of Greek central bank . How they intentionally avoided even attack the IHG factories next to the concentration camps . The pitiful excuse of bombing accuracy was such a joke . He was a pure anti communist and he wanted to intentionally not attack France in time and so many others things . But what a figure , what a leader what a giant compared to current dwarfs of politics .

The music is excellent and all the racing scenes . The rest is garbage . Very biased and all the personal erotic scenes are over blown because I assume it’s a Brazilian production. If this was a Hollywood drama would be have been phenomenal with less bias and simplistic angel senna vs evil Prost while Prost is the best driver of all times and a role model and Senna was a passionate gifted albeit rich selfish playboy . Ends up like a consipiracy theory . Bad end .

The original movie is probably one of the best paced and amazing plots ever written . I have watched it over 20 times and read the book at least 3 times . If you haven’t watched please do . The series in comparison tries to be the thinking man’s James Bond it’s a bit slow and forced . An analmagation of pictures with no cohesion. It’s ok but noting compared to the powerhouse the original movie was . Also had to take a star out post watching further episodes that woke agenda nonsense is really affecting everything at the moment.

I thought it would punch the raw power of “ugly Americans “ with majestic performances and even more depth but I found it underwhelming, superficial almost like a bad copy of black rain plus all the presidents men . Samantha’s role was a pain to watch and actuallly completely irrelevant to anything except adding a superficial romantic interest? . Pity I expected so much . The Netflix documentaries on yakuza was a lot more interesting . This reminded more of the game play it like a dragon . And some of the scenes straight out of the Tokyo drift. Overrated .
