The star I grudgingly offer up is based on the gratuitous violence that I can imagine is there just to keep the viewer from switching off. Absolutely zero character depth of Creeper's character or his relationship with David. And without spoiling it let's just say the conclusion to that relationship is that bad it's almost laughable after clinging on to the hope that him being unleashed would have somewhat justified my watching the film in the first place. Fury was a great film and if that is at the top end of David Ayer's CV then this is absolutely bringing up the rear.
