Love this film, all time classic if you love your late 80s / 90s movies. No suprises Rotten Zs have given it a low score - but it's an enjoyable flick, yes some cheese but that goes with any half baked love story any day of the week. There is some serious undertone, maybe overlooked by some that just find excuses to dislike a TC flick. Fun soundtrack too. Can feel the chemistry between Cruise and Shue when they connect, they worked well together.

Beautiful film. Like all the other review say, the Rotten Tomatoes rating pays no indication to a good film. This is a great journey. Rotten Toms clearly getting too woke joke to not cover the minorities. Disregard their ratings, it's a goodie.

First time I watched this film and loved it. The plot keeps you on your toes and the music, cinematography and acting is brilliant.

Save your money and rent a different film, this is a stinker. Not sure why Matthew McConaughey would choose to do this film, and even more confused why Rotten Tomatoes rated this 80%. Dumbfounding. That's one hour I'll never get back after switching this off.
