It’s always a treat to watch Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s and his Mavalas tales of bravery on screen. The movie is very well made and devoid of any unnecessary masala you see in Bollywood movies. After watching secular version of Samrat Prithviraj I have realized how much guts Marathi industry displays in presenting history as it is. Coming to movie, Chinmay Mandalekar plays his role brilliantly. Ajay purkar has poured his soul in the character of Bajiprabhu. The small role of Shiva Kashid by Nanaware leaves a mark. Other supporting cast is equally good. You may at times feel budget is less, Vfx may be not up to the mark but when it comes to presenting authentic history, Marathi regional industry hasn’t compromised and this is where they stand out among everyone!

There are many stories from our history which need to be told to this generation. I am glad Marathi industry is making movies on historical subjects especially from Shivaji Maharaj’s era. But this story is not about the bravery on battlefield rather it’s based on Hirakani milkmaid who climbed down a fort to reach her baby left alone at home. A mother can move mountains and she rightly did so. When urged by Raje to repeat it in his presence her reply is “it was a mother who did it now I’m just a village woman”. Very well made movie. Simple, touching and inspiring!

This is not just a movie it’s pure emotion. Very well made. All the actors have done incredible job. Direction is just perfect. Nana patekar and Vikram Gokhale sir’s acting is a lesson to so called superstars of Bollywood.

Why are you bringing fake feminism angle is a movie about our armed forces? Same thing I observed in Mission Mangal where a fake secularism angle was brought in. As a scientist myself I was disgusted to watch mockery of a brilliant scientific achievement. Stop insulting our army, scientists and peddling lies, it won’t be tolerated.

Tumbaad is based on Narayan Dharap’s Marathi novel “ Tumbaadche Khot”. Watched this movie on amazon recently and regretted not watching it in theatre. It’s the best horror movie to come out of Bollywood ever!! And it also gives a beautiful message about greed. The way it’s shot in rain and in a village setting covering different periods of life of Vinayak the main protagonist is mesmerizing. Giving any spoilers would be a big injustice to creators. Pls watch this masterpiece and appreciate real Indian cinema. It’s not produced or directed by a big Bollywood director because many of them are simply not capable of doing it. Should have been India’s official entry to oscars !!

Gandhi was a British stooge and he helped them. He always preached non violence but was fine with Indians fighting for their colonial masters in World war-I and I for which they never found any mention any history. It is very well known that British did not harm Gandhi but real freedom fighters of India were either hanged, killed or imprisoned in prisons of Andman and Nicobar. A person who was responsible for partition of India and made playboy Nehru pm of India instead of Sardar Patel was not Mahatma. Gandhi also adopted Firoz khan husband of Indira Gandhi and lend him his last name and this dynasty has been ruling India for past 60 years and have removed everyone from our history except GANDHI.

I watched this film with constant smile and laughter, just thinking how can anyone come up with such a piece of nonsense. Salman Khan is known to make idiotic foolish movies and this is not an exception. This movie is a total disaster. I don't know what director was thinking. Its like leave your brain aside while you watch the movie. Poor and cheap dialogues, mistimed comedy scenes, laughable action scenes absence of logic concludes the gist of the movie. I think Katrina Kaif is the worst actress in Bollywood, expressions were same throughout the movie. SPOILER: In the normal scenario it appears to be an action movie. However it certainly has many hidden agendas which it tries to accomplish. I would highlight one. It shows RAW doesn't have any active relevant officers who could be fit in a critical mission. RAW has to depend on an ex-employee who had escaped from his duties in the first part. Then it shows RAW working with ISI. Now this is an interesting attempt to show two things. One RAW can't do its work alone. Second, while in reality the whole world is gradually coming together on the agenda of terrorism and world now knows why pakistan is behind every terrorist attack in the world, this film makes an attempt to isolate ISI from terrorism. ISI is shown teaming up against terrorism which unfortunately is UNTRUE and highly UNREAL. More importantly the ISIS is shown to justify their acts by deliberately saying that all they do is business and not because of religion. This is again diverting audience from reality. Everybody knows ISIS wants to establish islam all over the world. In my honest opinion, director Ali Abbas has tried his best to portray pakistan, ISI and ISIS in positive colors and hiding the real truth. This movie is not any entertainment movie but more of covering up the reality and diverting audience from reality.

Malang is just another bollywood movie with bad sequences helped in no measure by lacklusture performance of the leading pair of Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani... Copy of Ek villain..Actual climax is pathetic.

Cheap Copy of Korean movie scandal makers. Comedy is not up to the mark. Unnecessary songs and idiotic scenes make it a dull watch.

Boring, dull. Went with high expectations and came out disappointed. Deepika is a mediocre actress and can’t pull off this on her own. Kangana would have been a better choice and she is pro at women centric movies. Dipika should stick to being an eye candy as she has done in all her movies.
