Way too slow. I don’t care how good looking the main lead actor is, it doesn’t make up for the poor script and acting. Keep waiting for it to pick up but nope! Some of the actors just don’t fit the show at all, which is another reason I don’t care for the series. I’ll never watch another episode...like ever!

Great addictive series. Drug lord, with typical dysfunctional family, that finds out he has alzheimers. Story revolves around the many facets of it & how it affects someone of that stature. Excellent acting by all, who each have their own stories as well.

Season 1 & 2 are great. But Season 3...the series has gotten so boring I just can't take another episode! It is just too painful to watch. As of Season 3, the cast is boring and the slow pace of each episode brings tears to my eyes. And it's not because they aren't the old cast, they simply don't fit at all. I've tried watching it a couple times now into S3 and nope, I'm done. None of actors fit the roles, the ages, and even some of their acting is bad. They just keep coming off as cold, heartless and a frumpy group of people. At times, it seems like the cast is bored with the show as well. The only thing I can think of, that is resulting in some of the glowing reviews, is the fact that I know too many people are caught up in anything that has to do with Royalty. I'll pass.

I’ve now watched this series 3x. It is that great of a show. How the heck Eva Green didn’t win any awards is beyond me. It has 3 Seasons, and that’s pretty obvious after the last episode of Season 3. I love how the show didn’t race thru the storyline by only focusing on the main plot. The back stories on the main characters were great & all tied back seamlessly to the main. The stories will definitely pull at your heart strings. The show is a delightful string of stories about vampires, witches & the devil. It is done beautifully from not only the acting but the cinematography, makeup & period costumes. It is, thank god, not your done over & over versions of these 3 plots. Watch it! You’ll love it & write a review to!
