I was quite impressed with the caliber of the actors. Each and everyone was fantastic. This is the third series from Spain that I've watched. All have been excellent and have provided much laughter and pathos. Of course the quality of the writing was superb and I was always excited to see what would come next. And, as an American, I loved the music. It provided another dimension in this series. Finally, the clothing was something to behold! I loved that everyone was dressed so beautifully. There was so much attention to detail.

A world unkown to Christians, Muslims, and other faiths is revealed in this series. The actors are superb; the settings are authentic; and the practices of this faith help us understand the real humanity of this sect of Judaism as well as the followers deep love and obedience to God. I was stunned when I learned the reason this group follows this life.
