Jarrel Walcott

Annoyed with this film. Like a cross between Mulholland Drive, Everything Everywhere All at Once and Sorry to Bother You. Demi gives a performance but I didn't have an emotional pull or any real thought that the film would end with a satisfying climax.

Walked out just past the epilogue unfortunately. There came a point to me in this movie where I just wasn't entertained, nor did I care about any character, which is crucial. Wes Anderson films are sold largely on aesthetic and charm of an ensemble cast, but on this occasion I was wasn't roped in. A pretty picture doesn't make up for lack engagement. Brian Cranston was good though.
