This book has an interesting start where immediately it filters out the people who are not suited for the book and don't have the right mentality to learn self discipline. In many chapters there are parts where you will have to come back to and reread and use overtime. for example in one chapter there is a guide on how to start running for beginners and it gives you a step by step day by day approach to running and it progressively becomes more challenging as the days go by. I personally enjoyed the mental toughness chapter as I learnt the most from it.
