Movies aren't made like this very often anymore. I was pulled in to the atmosphere and ambiance of the scenery and feeling of this movie. The characters are deep even the ones that are barely on the screen. It creates a feeling of heart while telling a grueling tale of a time in this nations history that is seldom shown truly. Tom Hardy does what he does best and this movie gave me more respect for Leboufs acting chops. There is something loving and rough at the same time about it. It isnt the best movie ever made but it definitely holds its ground.
