I personally think that this book is very intriguing. I didn't exactly love the open-ended ending, but it was still a very well written short story. I loved the build-up in suspense and the eerie feeling you get after reading this. I wrote a short summary if you'd like to know more about the book before you read it. Here it is:Billy is a newly-employed businessman and is traveling to Bath. Billy is looking for a place to stay and eventually finds one. This place attracts him for no apparent reason. He unknowingly takes the fateful decision to stay there. Is the lovely landlady truly harmless, or does she have an evil plan to end him? Read to find out.
