I will say that this is a good game with some flaws. WMD adds a couple of gameplay features that drastically alters how the game is played - crafting and vehicles. Both reduce the amount of skill / strategy necessary to excel at typical Worms gameplay. On top of that, to me it feels like the weapons they included in the game in general are fairly overpowered. WMD is a great game for newcomers to the franchise and casual Worms players but if you take competition seriously you're better off playing Armageddon on Steam since it has much better gameplay mechanics. Overall I'd give WMD 3.5 / 5 stars and strongly recommend it to anyone who likes turn-based strategy. It is a game that looks simple and cartoonish but there's WAY MORE strategy than you might think at first.
