LOVE THESE RECIPES, LIFESTYLE TIPS, AND THE RELIEF EXPERIENCED FROM THEM!! This recipe book is easy to follow, absolutely delicious, and of course I love that there's a photo with every recipe. Some of my favorite recipes in her book are the baked bean taquitos, pepita pesto, salsa verde chicken enchiladas, queso, beef stroganoff, mac n cheese, and blondies. She uses the principles of the "Heal your Headache" eating plan, which is intimidating to start, but she is sooo helpful breaking it down and making it as straight-forward as possible! Before I started the diet, I would average 40-45 migraine headaches a year, and since starting this diet, I only had 23 migraine headaches last year. I highly recommend this book! Thank you Alicia!
