Classic ensemble comedy. The entire cast are fantastic and the film is funny while also moving in parts when you get to see how the patients conditions have affected their lives. Highly recommended.

Fantastic film with a great cast, great humour, great action and a proper sense of romance and adventure. I've loved this movie since I was a kid and it still holds up to any modern blockbuster without the help of CGI. Watched it recently with my kids and they loved it too. Highly recommended.

Great movie. Highly recommend it. Minor spoilers follow... I'm not a wrestling fan by any means (not for a long time anyway) and I don't know much about the real Paige however none of that matters because I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. The performances are all great especially Florence Pugh as Paige, Jack Lowden as her down on his luck brother and Vince Vaughan as the tough coach with a heart. Stephen Merchant does a great job behind and infront of the camera and all the cameos from wrestlers I was a little more familiar with were great. A fun, moving gem of a movie.

This review contains spoilers...Let me start by saying Woody harrelson, Sam Rockwell and Frances macdormand are all great in this movie as they usually are. The film has a great premise and some moving scenes but people calling this movie subtle and beautiful must be on the disco biscuits...there is no subtlety in the constant statements of how the police are all either racist or homophobes, the lead character thinks all men should have their dna on a database for when they inevitably commit a crime (probably rape) cos you know Men are bad and Women are good. In an otherwise decent film this felt like a preachy message being force fed to the audience. The ending is also a bit of a cop out in my opinion, I didn't need the murder to be solved to enjoy the movie ( I love zodiac and that movie has no definitive closure) but the abrupt ending felt like the director didn't know how to end it if I'm being honest. A good movie but not worthy of all the hype which surrounded it. I suppose it gave the actors and director a chance to lecture us all on toxic masculinity at the Oscars in the wake of Weinstein. I never thought I would say this but thank God for Ricky Gervais and his Oscar put downs.
