This album encapsulates the raw, gritty, punk-fueled sound that would eventually become a staple of the northwest "grunge" scene that exploded in the late 80s and early 90s. Overall, this album gives an insight as to how great of a composer and musician Cobain was at such a young age, and its a cool piece of music history that will forever remain an underground, proto-grunge masterpiece.
